Secured sales exceeding 240 tons weekly to European retail giants: Tesco, Asda, and Dino. As a partner in a distribution company, oversees sales of 350 tons per week. His deep understanding of logistics and quality requirements for major retail chains, combined with proven success in scaling operations, guarantees the ability to design, implement, and effectively manage an industrial-scale composting facility.

As co-author of national mushroom regulations and organizer of the national pavilion at key EU industry trade shows, he possesses a unique advantage in navigating complex regulatory environments. His pioneering work on mushroom extract standardization and engagement in legislative processes will be essential for ensuring regulatory compliance and effective market introduction of new species, including advanced glycerosome extracts.

He began with independent cultivation of medicinal mushrooms in 2017, which later led to research collaboration with Collegium Medicum of the Jagiellonian University, for whom he ran dedicated cultivations for scientific studies. He combines deep mycological knowledge (strain selection, substrate optimization, cultivation of Lion's Mane, Shiitake, Reishi, oyster mushrooms and more) with advanced extraction technology and formulation of lipid nanocarriers. He also has broad expertise in automation, having independently built climate control systems, clean rooms, and other infrastructure for his grows. He contributed to creating an automated facility for production of inoculated substrate and pilot cultivations—covering process design, machinery and solution selection, and extraction equipment—for a project carried out in collaboration with UJCM.
